Who we are

What this site is

This site describes Digicast Holdings and its companies, the services they offer, the projects they have delivered and the people who work on them. It is published for information.

There are no user accounts on this site, nothing is sold through it, and no payment is ever taken on it. If you are asked for a password or for payment card details anywhere that appears to be this website, it is not us. Please tell us.

About the company and project information

The information about our companies, classifications, plant, personnel and completed projects is published in good faith and is drawn from our own company records. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it is a summary rather than a formal statement of capability.

Nothing on this site forms part of a tender, a bid or a contract. Where we tender for work, our prequalification documents, bid submission and the resulting contract govern the relationship, and they take precedence over anything published here. Please do not rely on a page of this site in place of a document we have issued to you.

Client names appear as references to work we have carried out. Naming a client does not imply that they endorse us, nor that they are connected with this website.

Photography on this site

Some images on this site are illustrative of the kind of work a company carries out, rather than photographs of a specific named project or client site. Where an image is a photograph of one of our own projects, the page it appears on says so.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the contact page does not create a contract between us, and it does not oblige either of us to enter into one. We aim to reply to genuine business enquiries, but we do not guarantee a response or a response within any particular time.

When you use the enquiry form, you agree that:

• The information you give us is accurate, and you are entitled to send it.
• You will not use the form to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, or unsolicited marketing.
• You will not submit through automated means, or attempt to get around the limits on how often it can be used.

We may decline to act on, and may delete, any enquiry that breaches these terms. How we handle the personal data in an enquiry is set out in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any system connected to it.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, including by overloading it or by introducing malicious code.
• Scrape or systematically extract content from the site in order to republish it, or to build a competing directory or database.
• Use our company names, wording or images in a way that suggests we endorse you or are associated with you.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, layout, design and images, belongs to us or is used by us under licence. You may read it, print a copy for your own reference, and share a link to it.

You may not otherwise copy, republish or adapt it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third party names and marks appearing on this site remain the property of their owners.
